When to Visit: The Museum is open 10:00 am – 4:30 pm daily, Monday through Friday. The Museum is closed on New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Special Note re: the Mission House: Accessibility of the Mission House
“The Mission House is undergoing restoration work April 7- July 18 which may affect access to the House. Please keep this in mind as you plan your visit, and call the Museum (808-935-5021) to check on current conditions.”
The stairs in the Mission House are very steep, and there is no elevator. Therefore, individuals with mobility challenges and visitors using wheelchairs can only access the main museum.

If arriving from the North, take Highway 19/Hawaii Belt Road to Kamehameha Ave. Make a slight right onto Kamehameha Ave. Take the 2nd right onto Haili St. The Museum is 0.4 miles up, at 276 Haili St. on the right. Parking is on the street or next to the Mission House.
